Loretta is a trained teacher and counsellor. She holds a Diploma of Education and a Bachelor of Applied Social Science, and has completed Cambridge CELTA training to become a language teacher. She understands that speaking English well in New Zealand is very important, and she has seen how people can be held back when they are not able to communicate confidently.

Loretta enjoys seeing her learners achieve their goals and experience success. She builds strong rapport with her learners and is fully engaged in supporting them. She believes that a positive learning relationship is one of the most important parts of achieving learning goals.
