Nicky is a New Zealand registered teacher with a Bachelor of Education from the University of Auckland and over 10 years of experience in local primary schools. She brings deep expertise in the NZ Curriculum and specialises in supporting migrant students through key academic transitions.

With a strong focus on bridging social English (BICS) to academic language (CALP), Nicky helps students build the literacy and comprehension skills needed for success in middle primary years. Her teaching is fully aligned with current educational practices, including Structured Literacy, ensuring students receive support that directly complements their school learning.
