French Party | A Unique French Language Experience for Children in East Auckland

Learning a language should never stop at the classroom door.
Since 2024, Chanson Languages has hosted several French Party events each year in East Auckland, bringing together young French learners from different schools and backgrounds to experience the French language in a fun, authentic, and welcoming environment.
During each French Party, children have the opportunity to:
🎲 Play interactive French games
🎵 Sing French songs together
🥐 Make simple French-inspired food
☕ Order food and drinks in French at the “Chanson Café”
🤝 Make new friends who share a love of French language and culture
These events allow students to use the French they have learned in class naturally and confidently while creating unforgettable memories with fellow learners.
Over time, French Party has become one of the most anticipated community events at Chanson.
Many children begin asking months in advance:
"When is this year's French Party?"
Nothing makes us happier than seeing children genuinely excited to speak French outside the classroom.
